Hi, we're Perfect Plain Brewing Co., Garden & Grain, Perennial, and The Well.

Located in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, our mission is to create incredible experiences that make our beer, our brewery, and our hometown, Pensacola, unforgettable.

The land nearly as white as flour but productive of fine peaches, oranges in abundance, grapes, figs, pomegranates, etc. Fine flowers grow spontaneously, for they have neglected the gardens, expecting a change of government. About Our Taproom

Located in the heart of downtown Pensacola, our facility is the original location of Perfect Plain Brewing Company’s brewery and taproom.

Designed to bring people together in a spacious, welcome environment, the taproom is a fully immersive experience with long communal tables and our entire 10-barrel brewhouse exposed within the gathering area. Portions of our building date back more than 75 years, and architectural signs of decades’ past have been preserved in our space.

We completed our taproom with an expansive, dog friendly patio facing historic Garden Street.

In 1764, when Garden Street was the northern border of Pensacola’s small downtown core, any resident who purchased land was given a companion parcel to use for a garden. To this day, the boundary lines of Perfect Plain’s space fits the original “Garden lot” dimensions.

About Garden & Grain

Located directly behind Perfect Plain Brewing Co., Garden & Grain is our cocktail garden and private event space. Our grounds were once mapped by British officer Elias Durnford in 1742 to serve as a place for a Pensacola family to plant its garden.

Garden & Grain includes a lush and expansive city garden, which is home to an outdoor bar featuring a meticulously curated and completely handcrafted cocktail menu.

In addition, the Grainhouse, a former horse stable and feed and seed warehouse, has been transformed into a sleek and vibrant private event space that can host up to 125.

Inspired by the history of our parcel, Garden & Grain is an immersive garden sanctum among the city hustle and bustle.

About Perennial

Located inside The Garden at Palafox & Main just down the road from Perfect Plain Brewery, this funky, upbeat bar is stocked with fresh ingredients and friendly vibes

About The Well

This 3600 square foot building nestled next door to Perfect Plain Brewing Co.’s taproom is our place to share the creations of our passions with you. A place to delve into time-honored traditions, push boundaries in fermentation, explore new frontiers with spirits, and push forward the boundaries of flavor. ⁣
