Perfect Plain Brewing Co.: Our Spring Beer Releases

Processed with VSCO with c1 preset

We’re thrilled to announce our new spring beers today on the blog and in our taproom. Here’s the rundown:

Spring Hill Dry-Hopped Saison

We’re dropping a new beer on Wednesday, March 28 as part of a flurry of upcoming Springtime beer releases. Leading the pack is Spring Hill: A Saison dry-hopped with Citra, Comet, and Crystal hops. It’s dry, citrusy, and comes with a huge citrusy and floral nose. 5.9%, 30IBU and is on tap Tuesday, March 27 at 4PM for Founder’s Club only.

COMING UP

Oranges In Abundance DDH DIPA

We’re getting ready to package a new double dry-hopped double IPA at the end of the week and will announce a specific date when you can get this one on tap. This hop bomb was brewed with fresh, local citrus zest and packed with massive double dry-hop additions of Citra, Cascade, and Ahtanum.

Kölsch

If this isn’t the perfect beer to pair with warming Springtime weather then we don’t know what is. This classic German Ale drinks like a lager and has been cold conditioning (lagering) for weeks. We’ll be dropping this on tap next week. Stay close to Instagram and Facebook for updates on exact release days.
